How do I transfer my existing Website?

We suggest following this process when transferring any website to us:

1. Add your domain name in our control panel.
• If your domain name is not added in our control panel for hosting, then you must do following:
1. Click on the "Start" Menu on the left.
2. Click on the "Quick Add.." link under this menu.
3. Click on the "Domain" icon on this page.
4. Please enter your domain name and then click on "Add", leaving other information as default.
2. Add website settings to your domain name if not done.

3. Upload your files to our FTP server.
• By now, you must have your ftp details.  If you don't have your ftp details, then following articles will help:

4. Once your files are uploaded, then you must preview your site using our preview url:

• If your application does not work with our preview url, then you may need to edit your host file on your computer to test your website with us.  Following artilce shows you how to do this:

5. Once you have previewed your website, you must setup your email addresses in our control panel:

6. Once this is done, you must either transfer your domain to us or change the name server of the domain to be of ours.
